Current Billing Register

Current billing summary report of each account's bill.

• Includes name, account number, billing date, status, sales rep, reseller.
• Amounts summarized are previous bill, payments, credits, balance forward, then summarized for minutes and charges by call type (intralata, switched inbound, dedicated inbound, switched outbound, dedicated outbound, calling card, cellular, international, and miscellaneous). Finally, a total of the current long distance charges, federal taxes, state taxes, the current amount due, the total amount due, and the long distance profit.
• Reports can be printed in order by account number; billing date and account number; or sales rep, account number and billing date.
• Option to print only the last summary page.
• Basic filtered reports can be created for a specific account number, status, date range, reseller or affinity, billing cycle or salesperson.
• Other filtered criteria are possible.
