Sandy Beaches Software's billing and customer care product, InTELEbill®, is a proven, cost effective tool to help you run your growing Telecommunications business. Our primary focus is helping our customers to grow and be profitable. Founded in 1989 by Jeff Lytle, a software developer, Sandy Beaches Software is a technically focused company. The majority of the staff is comprised of software developers whose main goal is to continue to enhance the product to meet customer and Industry demands. Most of the improvements to InTELEbill® over the years have been made by listening to our customers and meeting their needs. The enhancements to the program are then passed on to our customer base at no additional charge - benefiting all of our clients. Another integral piece of Sandy Beaches' long term success is our operations staff. They take a pro-active approach to each customer's billing. During a billing run, clients receive a series of reports to review prior to approval. Our staff also reviews these reports and alerts your billing department and upper management, if necessary, to any potential problems or revenue leakage found. SBS will then work with your staff to enable them to correct errors prior to the billing run - allowing you to collect more revenue. During the printing process a minimum of 10% of all invoices are hand audited by our staff for accuracy.
Sandy Beaches' new state-of-the-art facility was constructed with both efficiency and redundancy in mind. The facility promotes efficiency in our printing capabilities allowing us to expand our stable of HP high-speed printers – getting your bills on the street faster. The increased amount of warehouse space allows us to order and store large amounts of envelopes and paper, keeping clients' consumables costs down.
In the event of a local disaster, our server room was especially engineered to withstand an F-4 scale tornado. We have back up Internet and phone systems in place. A 50 KVA Generac generator and 25 KVA of Liebert battery back-up units guarantee that your bills will be generated in spite of "Mother Nature". In the event that our entire facility is damaged, we have an agreement with a large commercial real estate firm for temporary office space anywhere in the city and a print–house reciprocal agreement.
Disaster Recovery Program
Should a client experience some sort of natural disaster or ramifications of a terrorist attack, we have a disaster recovery area set aside for such a situation. The client can come to our facility with a portion of their staff and begin doing business immediately. They will have access to a separate phone system, cubicle work areas, and a server dedicated for their use. This service is offered free of charge to our clients, once again proving our dedication to our clients' success.
