Telecommunications billing services are a multi-billion dollar industry and SBS is committed to keeping our proprietary software applications, InTELEbill® and InteleCABS® current with the industry's rapidly changing needs. Sandy Beaches Software provides billing solutions to integrated telecommunications providers and competitive local exchange carriers. Our clients use the program to provide customer care, provision new services, track accounts receivable, and for billing. SBS receives clients' call detail records from their wholesale carriers, then reformats the data and creates invoices using laser printers. We outsource the inserting and mailing.

Operations Team Member

The operations staff is the core of our company. Work in a team environment with enthusiastic professionals whose focus is to provide accurate and timely billing for growing telecommunications companies. Degree in MIS preferred.

Candidates should possess:
  • Intense attention to detail; accuracy is our livelihood.
  • Professionalism and a solid work ethic.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Patience.
  • Multi-tasking ability.
  • Technical problem-solving skill set.
  • Relational database knowledge. (SQL, DBase)
  • Telecommunications experience a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Processing daily call records.
  • Monitoring program execution.
  • Auditing customer data.
  • Running billing cycles and tax reports.
  • Assisting with system testing.
  • Performing technical support for clients.
