Full control of each customer's summary reports including specifying the reports to be included, setting how many minutes signals a long duration call, and how many calls to a city or number constitute a frequently called place. Create a discount plan for a specific customer and decide whether the discount is applied to each call or shown as a single line item at the end of the bill. Discounts can be defined by dollar volume or minutes of usage.

  • Names may be associated with account codes or each telephone line.
  • Subtotals by name or department can be defined.
  • Specify call duration minimums and increments for each type of service or on an individual line.
  • Control page breaks at the account level after each telephone number, account code, or summary report.
  • Call detail printing may be suspended at the account level.
  • Provide the call detail records via diskette or CD-Rom for large corporate accounts.
  • Control how each call records is rounded at the customer level.
  • Assign free minute plans at the ANI, customer or group level. Rollover minutes are also available.

Billing Cycles - Dictated by your needs, not the software's. All customers reside in one database and may be billed in the same cycle, regardless of their invoice delivery method, type of service, affinity group, remit address, billing message, or even logo. You determine the number of billing cycles based on your volume and business rules.

Affinity Billing - InTELEbill® allows a brand logo as well as an affinity logo to be printed on the same statement. A custom message for the affinity group may be printed on the cover page. Group usage discounts and/or commissions are easily added to the program for affinity marketing campaigns.

Group Billing - There are multiple invoice options for group billing. Not only does a group number allow several accounts' traffic to be pulled together for discount purposes, but it also allows for summary bills to be created for customers with multiple locations.

Query System - The filter feature built into each update screen and report allows the user to view any portion of their business. View or create an aging accounts receivable report on one affinity group. Or create the report for one agent. You can build the filter using any combination of data in the file. Management reports may be customized and saved to fit your company's specific needs.
