Release Notes for InTELEbill® 4.3.20   (Printer-friendly)

NEW FEATURES
  1. [IWIN-247] – Bill Images – Added the ability to place a highlighted block with the account number just under the invoice date and invoice number on the remit page. This will allow customer to quickly identify the account number. To turn on this feature check it on the print format screen.
  2. [IWIN-252] – User Interface/Taxes – Added the ability to add split taxes from the customer recurring charges screen.
  3. [IWIN-253] – User Interface/Taxes – Added the ability to add split taxes from the Ani Local Service charges screen.
  4. [IWIN-255] – User Interface/Taxes – Added the ability to add split taxes from the recurring charges screen.
ENHANCEMENTS
  1. [IWIN-219] – Updates/Downloads – When updating or downloading files, InTELEbill now checks to make sure that there are no files in the Update or Release directories that should not be there. If there are, the user is requested to contact Sandy Beaches Software before proceeding.
  2. [IWIN-225] – Bill Images – Have added the ability, when a custom service type is added, instead of appearing in the "other calls" section, it now appears with the custom description.
  3. [IWIN-228] – Updates/Downloads, Bill Processing – Added new security features that prevent a customer, who has initiated a billing cycle, from initiating a new billing cycle prior to closing out the first cycle.
    • There is now the ability to indicate month, year and cycle of billing uploads for tracking purposes.
    • Cycle maintenance screen now displays billing log of data uploads and download files received.
  4. [IWIN-242] – User Interface – Increased the size of the state field in the V&H lookup screen.
  5. [IWIN-243] – User Interface – Increased the size of the Service Code Field on the Global Settings > LNP page.
  6. [IWIN-246] – User Interface – Change the order of layout of the fields on the General Rate plan page to make more sense.
  7. [IWIN-256] – Recurring/Service Charges – Enable customer MRC's to use the dropdown to select for split taxes.
  8. [IWIN-260] – ANI – Added tax cat and tax code to type of ANI lines table so when a user choose a specific type, it populates tax cat and code on the ANI.
BUG FIXES
  1. [IWIN-222] – User Interface – On the ANI tab of the customer form, the browser button could cover up the ANI Line count. This has been move and should allow visibility of 99,999 lines.
  2. [IWIN-226] – ANI – Fixed a problem when editing an ANI and you change to the local service tab, you were not prompted to save.
  3. [IWIN-229] – Bill Images – Fixed a problem that happened when creating bill images, a randomly occurring message "Out of memory" with indexes "User_ID" would result in an error opening table "Alerts".
  4. [IWIN-234] – Bill Images – Fixed a problem where an item having a section of ZZT was showing up under the "Other Charges" section as opposed to the Taxes and Surcharges until a page break occurred.
  5. [IWIN-235] – Recurring Charges – Fixed a problem where, when there was a local service to be added via the Local Service Ani Wizard, and one existed, it may add all but one.
  6. [IWIN-239] – Bill Images – Fixed a problem where, during bill creation, if a customer has a prompt payment discount, it will erroneously display a message that the total due is incorrect.
  7. [IWIN-224] – Commissions/User Interface – Fixed a problem that on the add commission plan, the percent field would not allow 100%.
  8. [IWIN-245] – User Interface – Fixed a problem on the Add Local Service Page the title was bAdd Local Service, changed to Add Local Service.
  9. [IWIN-258] – Customer – Fixed a problem when a user selects the Rep Commission Plan, but does not select an appropriate plan, it would add an extra commission plan on the account.
  10. [IWIN-197] – Customer Info Screen – Fixed a problem where you could add a fax number in the billing address section, but it would not save. You would have to trigger the save button from another field. Now any changes made to the billing address fax number will trigger the save button.
  11. [IWIN-261] – User Interface – Commission was misspelled on the Edit Commissions screen.
  12. [IWIN-266] – Customer Info Screen – Fixed a problem when using the Suspend button on the Customer Information Screen to update status, it would not refresh until you leave the account and come back.
  13. [IWIN-267] – Rate Class – Fixed a problem of when adding a new Rate Class, if you miss one of the required plans, it would display the message and then clear the screen forcing the user to re-enter all of the information.
  14. [IWIN-268] – User Interface – Removed a message that would pop up when adding or modifying a Rate Class Plan that asked you to run the Update Rates with Rate Class plan; a function that no longer exists.
  15. [IWIN-269] – Customer – Fixed a problem where the log file was not getting updated properly with changes made to the status field.
  16. [IWIN-273] – Bill Images – Fixed a problem with multi-cycle group bills that would not show summary taxes on the group bill page. It would show correctly on the account page, but not on the summary.
