The e-mail contains a link to your website where they securely log in and view their bill. Summary templates and report generators enable them to analyze their bills thoroughly. The Report Writer Pro feature allows end-users to "drill down" past the standard template type reports and extract information with a powerful query writing tool. If rating in-house, customers can check traffic daily.
